• If the booking is cancelled with more than 8 days before the arrival, no penalty;
• If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 5 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
• If the booking is cancelled between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty,
• If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

• If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 5 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
• If the booking is cancelled 4 days before the  arrival, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
