Aqua Nevis Club Hotelhas a zero tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit or refuse serviceor accommodation in thehotel or may remove a person who: while on the premises of the hotel acts in an obviouslyintoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy hotelproperty, causes or threatens tocause a public disturbance; refuses or is unable to pay for the accommodations or services or treat inunappropriated way the hotel guests or staff. Aqua Nevis Club Hotel may limit the number ofpersons who may occupy a particular guest room in the hotel and will only allow registered guests touse its facilities. A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage tothe hotel or any furnitureor furnishings within the hotel, shall be liable for damages sustained by thehotel staff, including thehotel’s loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease roomswhile the damage is beingrepaired.
