The hotel is located in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. A town that enjoys the warm climate of the Canary Islands all year round. It is also next to the sea, opposite the Martiánez Lakes and it has incredible views of the sea on the one side and El Teide on the other.

• If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 4 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
• If the booking is cancelled between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty,
• If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
