The Coral Los Alisios is a refurbished apartment resort in Los Cristianos with 63 and 112-square-metre rooms specially designed for family holidays at the shores of the Atlantic. This comfortable accommodation of minimalist style and with an excellent quality price ratio offers services proper of a hotel but with the intimacy and privacy of some comfortable apartments. Brunch from 07:00 AM to 12.30 PM No Air conditioning in the rooms.

Location

Los Cristianos Harbor is situated at approximately 1.1 km from the hotel. Tenerife south Airport is situated at 12.8 km.

From 2nd February  2026 guests will be able to pay at the points of sale with their room key. 

For use of the room key as payment method, you will have to make a deposit of your desired amount at reception via card or cash. After this, you can use your room card to spend your deposited amount, as well as top up another amount if needed. Any remaining balance at the end of your stay will be refunded at checkout. Credit/Debit Cards will still be available as an option of payment at all points of sale of the Hotel. Cash payments will only be available at reception.

Cancellation Policy

If the booking is cancelled with more than 8 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 5 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty,
If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

Christmas / New Year / Semana Santa Cancellation

If the booking is cancelled with more than 15 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 14 and 8 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of total amount as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled with 7 days before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
 

Early Booking Cancellation

If the booking is cancelled with more than 15 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of total amount as a penalty
If the booking is cancelled with 15 days before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
