The Coral Teide Mar Apartments is a pleasant studios resort in Puerto de la Cruz ideal for a holiday with your family, friends or couple a few metres away from the residential area of La Paz. Pets: dogs or cats until 4.5 kg are allowed (1 pet by room). Guests with pets must show the current and updated vaccination card of the pet on arrival at the hotel (deposit 25€/room + payment 5€/day/room for stays up to 14 days, 3 €/day for stays longer than 14 days).

Location

The complex is situated at 12 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk the Botanic Garden.

Cancellation Policy

If the booking is cancelled with more than 8 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 5 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty,
If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

Christmas / New Year / Semana Santa Cancellation

If the booking is cancelled with more than 15 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 14 and 8 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of total amount as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled with 7 days before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
 

Early Booking Cancellation

If the booking is cancelled with more than 15 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of total amount as a penalty
If the booking is cancelled with 15 days before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
