The hotel Diamante Suites is located in the urbanization “Turquesa Playa”, in the touristic town of Puerto de la Cruz, in the north part of the island of Tenerife.

Cancellation Policy

• If the booking is cancelled with more than 7 days before the arrival, no penalty;
• If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 4 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
• If the booking is cancelled between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty,
• If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
