Herewith, weare pleased to share animportant Update from Doubletree by Hilton Business Bay.
Please beinformed that remediation work will be carried out in the fountain areaat the hotel’s main entrance starting from 1st November 2025. Duringthis period, there may be intermittent daytime noise. The hotel management willtake all necessary measures to minimise any disturbance and ensure guestcomfort throughout the process.
Detailsof the work are as follows:
- Scope of Work: Upgrading the front entrance area
- Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00
- Type of Work: Structural work
- Affected Areas: Meeting rooms (to remain closed during the enhancement period)
- Noise Impact:
- Guestrooms – minimal impact limited to lower floors (which will remain closed)
- Restaurants, Bars, Swimming Pool, Spa, Gym, Lobby, and Coffee Shop – minimal daytime noise only
- Visual Impact: Hoardings will be placed on one side of the hotel exterior
- Minimising Guest Disturbance:
- Rooms allocated on higher floors away from the affected areas
- Work restricted to daytime hours only
- Guests to arrive through a secondary entrance ensuring a pleasant experience
- Unavailable Facilities: Meeting rooms only
- Alternative Arrangements: Sister hotels within the same category available as alternatives
