general: The Fairmont The Palm is located in the Palm Jumeirah area, on the beach. It has a gym, spa, outdoor pool, bars and restaurant. The rooms are elegant and feature a private balcony and TV. PoliciesPlease note all early departures will be assessed room/tax for their entire stay No name changes are allowed after reservation has been confirmed. 04/07/2018 - 30/04/2019 There are construction works taking place on the south side of the beach area. The leisure facilities remain fully operational although the landscaped partitions covered with plants and trees in between the beach and pools will remain in place until further notice to ensure privacy for the guests and the views from the swimming pools will continue to be restricted. All sea facing rooms and suites still feature unobstructed views of the Arabian Sea and Dubai Marina Skyline although the development works are visible from the balcony areas.
