The Bahía del Duque Gran Hotel, located on the island of Tenerife, next to the Atlantic Ocean, is a luxury residential complex inspired by the culture of The Canary Islands, reflected both in its colonial style as well as the clothing of the personnel. The hotel which offers free Wi-Fi, was renovated between 2008 – 2009, coinciding with the opening of its exclusive 40 Villas and its singular Thalasso Spa. LAS VILLAS Surrounded by tropical gardens, Las Villas form an idyllic small private retreat where the refined service and the warm climate create an environment of privacy and unparalleled exclusivity. Las Villas, which are characterized by their spacious and bright spaces, are the work of the prestigious interior designer Pascua Ortega and have been built in volcanic stone with a classic and elegant style. Each one has a private swimming pool and a separate solarium terrace. The bedrooms and bathrooms, finished with basalt stone, have been decorated with avant-garde elements in a perfect combination of light, space and colour. A deposit of 25% will be required at the time of booking for the Villa Mimosa. ****Due to a renovation the Beach Club Restaurant will temporarily change location. From October 13th to December 20th, 2025, the hotel will offer this service at the Bernegal Restaurant terrace, which has wonderful ocean views as well. The works will be done from Monday to Friday from 9.00 h to 18.00 h. Furthermore the Beach Club pool will be closed for maintenance from November 3rd to 14th, 2025, inclusive. During this period, the rest of our pools will be open and operating as usual.******

Cancellation Policy

Winter and summer (low season):

• If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 5 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of the total as a penalty,
• If the booking is cancelled 5 days or less before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges 100% of the total as a penalty.

Christmas and Easter period:

• If the booking is cancelled between 21 and 15 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of the total as a penalty;
• If the booking is cancelled between 14 days  before or less before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges 100% of the total as a penalty.

High season (summer):

• If the booking is cancelled between 14 and 8 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of the total as a penalty;
• If the booking is cancelled between 7 days before or less before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges 100% of the total as a penalty.

Bahia del Duque Gran Hotel is located in Costa Adeje, at a distance of 4 minutes walk from the beach.
