Cancellation Policy
Low season (01.12.-23.12., 04.01.-21.01., 05.04-30.04. and 01.05.- 10.07.)
- If the booking is cancelled with more than 8 days before the arrival, no penalty;
- If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 4 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
- If the booking is cancelled between 3 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty,
- If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
Mid season (01.11.-30.11., 22.01.-27.03. and 28.08. - 31.10. )
- If the booking is cancelled with more than 8 days before the arrival, no penalty;
- If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 night as a penalty;
- If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
High season (11.07. - 27.08, 13.04-20.04, 28.03-04.04 and 24.12-03.01)
- If the booking is cancelled with more than 8 days before the arrival, no penalty;
- If the booking is cancelled between 7 and the arrival day or no show the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
