Room Facilities

All our units are bright, equipped with modern style furniture and very attractive for the little ones. We have apartments of different types with a capacity of up to 7 adults (or six adults and two children). Additionally, all units have a shower, hairdryer, TV, mirror, air conditioning (A/C), refrigerator and safe (with charge).

Cleaning and change of towels: 7 days a week
Change of sheets: 2 times per week (Excellence Apartment, every 2 days).

Cancellation Policy

If the booking is cancelled with more than 8 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 5 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty,
If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

Cancellation policy (Christmas and Easter period)

If the booking is cancelled with more than 15 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 14 and 8 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of total amount as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled with 7 days before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

 

Early Booking Cancellation

If the booking is cancelled with more than 15 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of total amount as a penalty
If the booking is cancelled with 15 days before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
