Early Booking Cancellation

If the booking is cancelled with more than 15 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of total amount as a penalty
If the booking is cancelled with 15 days before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

Christmas / New Year / Semana Santa Cancellation

If the booking is cancelled with more than 15 days before the arrival, no penalty;            
If the booking is cancelled between 14 and 8 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of total amount as a penalty;            
If the booking is cancelled with 7 days before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.    

Cancellation Policy

If the booking is cancelled with more than 8 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 5 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty,
If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
 

Temporary swimming pool closure notice

We would like to inform you that, due to maintenance works, the main swimming pool at Iberostar Selection Sábila will be temporarily closed from 

Monday, 30th November until Sunday, 10th December 2026.

During this period, in-house guests will still be able to use the two Star Prestige pools, the jacuzzi, as well as the outdoor spa pool with sea views.
