The hotel’s design, refurbished in 2016, its fantastic location on the beachfront and a comprehensive range of services will guarantee that you have a unique holiday. Location

The luxurious hotel is set next to Fañabe Beach in the southern Tenerife, only 3 minutes away from the beach. Tenerife Sur Airport is located at 16 km.

Cancellation Policy

If the booking is cancelled with more than 8 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 5 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty,
If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
 

Christmas / New Year / Semana Santa Cancellation

If the booking is cancelled with more than 15 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 14 and 8 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of total amount as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled with 7 days before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

Early Booking Cancellation

If the booking is cancelled with more than 15 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of total amount as a penalty
If the booking is cancelled with 15 days before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
