The apartments are located in the Lavapies neighbourhood, one of the most traditional and colourful areas of the capital. The hotel is very close to the popular attractions of Madrid such as the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Atocha station, Parque del Retiro, Museo de arte Reina Sofia and Prado Museum and many more. The area is characterised by its traditional taverns and tapas places. This establishment offers 4 apartments which were refurbished in 2008. All units are provided with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV and a private balcony. Each apartment has its own bathroom and features individually regulated air-conditioning.Please let Km1 Atocha Apartments know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Please call the property at least 30 minutes before arrival and staff will meet you at the apartments. Please note that Km1 Atocha Apartments has no reception, but staff are available 24 hours a day. Key collection service is available 24 hours a day.
