Marica's Boutique Hotel is situated 8 kms from Paphos town and 5 kms from Coral Bay. It is nearby restaurants, bars and shops. Bus transport is available into Paphos and Coral bay from the main road 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Also Taxi transfers to Paphos some 8kms away is readily available together with tours throughout the island, car and cycle hire can arranged at the 24-hour Reception.

Marica's Boutique Hotel consists of studio suites, 1 and 2 bedroom suites. All suites have good sized balconies, with most of them enjoying a pool and sea view. Studio suites have a walk-in rain shower and the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom suites have a bath with rainshower. The ground floor rooms have access for disabled quests together with en-suite bathroom plus we have a disabled bathroom nearby these rooms on the ground floor. All suites have a safe box, hairdryer, flat screen television with satellite connection together with free WIFI. All suites are air-conditioned for the summer months with reverse cycle heating for the winter.  

The hotel's swimming pool looks directly to the blue Mediterranean sea and towards Coral Bay. A short walk downhill brings you to the beach and further along the coast, within easy walking distance is an organised sandy beach, where drinks and snacks may be purchased from a well-placed cafe together with WIFI, sunbeds and umbrellas at an additional cost. The Hotel provides 24-hour reception, Free WIFI in all rooms and public areas,together with bar and restaurant facilities. A swimming pool with separate children's swimming pool plus a play area and free car parking for all guests of the Hotel. The pool area provides sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge. Pool and beach towels are also provided free of charge.
