We are located in the old town of Puerto de la Cruz, a pedestrian area just a 5-minute walk from the saltwater pools of Lago Martiánez (500 m) and 1 km. from Playa Jardín beach. If the booking is cancelled or modify between 7 and 5 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled or modify between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 25% charge of the total,
If the booking is cancelled or modify with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
