Housekeeping apartment cleaning services are provided thrice a week from 09: 00 to 17:00 except for Sundays & public holidays. Cleaning days will be assigned based on the apartment floor allocated for the bookings. Physical IDs or passports are required for hotel check-ins in accordance with the National Registration Regulations (NRR). Please note that our front desk is manned from 07:00 to 23:00 daily.
