Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. A cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a cash machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The resort offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge (subject to availability).
