The hotel location is unique and It is the easiest one to reach ( so you don't need to drag your luggage trough the alleys looking for the hotel). It is few minutes walk from San Marco square ( or few minutes by water bus, which stops almost in front of the hotel). The breakfast room, the bar and the Hall overlook the Grand Canal.
