The “Stamatia” Hotel is one of the most prestigious and extremely popular hotels of Ayia Napa. The hotel is well known for its friendly staff and relaxed holiday environment. All air-conditioned rooms include balconies and some boast sea views. Each comes with satellite TV, direct telephone line and a hairdryer. Stamatia’s restaurant offers Mediterranean and international food prepared from fresh local ingredients. Guests can also enjoy al fresco Greek cuisine beside the pool, or try exotic cocktails at the Dionysius bar. For relaxation, the hotel has several sun terraces and a TV lounge. Younger visitors can enjoy their own playground and a paddling pool. The Stamatia Hotel is 394 feet from Aya Napa's fishing harbor with its many restaurants and taverns. Cyprus Green Tax / Overnight Hotel Levy Effective 2026 an overnight hotel levy will apply and will be payable directly at the hotel upon departure of the guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and is mandated by the Cypriot government for all guests.

• SUPERIOR SIDE SEA VIEW ROOMS
  All rooms have balconies that have a partial side sea view, of either the Harbor Bay side or the town of Ayia Napa side. Limited Inter-connecting rooms upon request. Room size: 22 square meters. Some side sea view rooms are slightly bigger, up to 23.50 square meters.
• SUPERIOR SEA VIEW ROOMS
  A sea view room has a stunning view of the wonderful Ayia Napa Sea, making this type of rooms ideal for anyone who wants to relax, gazing the breathtaking view of the spectacular Harbor Bay with its golden sand and crystal clear waters or the west Sea Side View with the beautiful sunrise.   Junior Suite Family Sea View Rooms are uniquely spacious rooms, designed to accommodate two adults in a double bed, with Bunk Beds which can accommodate also two children. The Family room can
  accommodate also 3 adults (folded bed for the extra adult) plus one child. The room can be divided by internal sliding doors.
  Blending contemporary design with modern amenities, our Junior Suites create a comfortable and relaxing environment for the whole family.
  As spectacular as the breath-taking views, this category of rooms with two side balconies have a wonderful sunrise, as well as a colorful sunset. When the sun drowning in the endless sea makes a magnificent prospect, that even the strongest words cannot describe its magic.
  Mini Fridge, Wi-Fi and Tea & Coffee make facilities are available free of charge, in this type of rooms. Safe Box* is also available. Room size: 32.50 square meters.
