The Gran Caribe Hotel Group owns the hotel and operates it. It has 203 rooms, 138 of which belong to the Vedado block and 65 to the Flamingo block. All have air conditioning, private bathroom, minibar, satellite TV, safety deposit box, phone. The hotel features a buffet restaurant (Chez Vedado); in addition to the bar and cafeteria service 24 hours.
The thick forest used for centuries as shelter by pirates and privateers, is today the heart of modern Havana and the location where the hotel is situated, the Vedado district. It is located in a privileged place, a few steps from La Rampa, an important artery that brings together various ministries, galleries, shops, craft fairs and numerous leisure centers.
